• We will not release personally identifiable information about you without your permission (except as needed to provide to you the products or services you have expressly requested).
• Your order information is sent to us through a "secure session" established with Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This technology encrypts, or scrambles, your account information before it is sent to us, protecting all customer data against unauthorized access.
• All order information you provide (such as name, address, phone, e-mail and credit card number) is never released to any third party.
• Orders placed online may be processed and billed by an authorized dealer. A completed invoice from the dealer/retailer will accompany your shipment.

SHIPPING

• Orders shipped to a U.S. address are sent via United Parcel Service (UPS). You may choose any of the following services:
    • UPS Ground-Commercial (3-5 business days)
    • UPS Ground-Residential (3-5 business days)
    • UPS Next Day Air (1 business day)
• For orders outside of the U.S., we offer the following International shipping options:
    • UPS Express (1-3 business days)
    • UPS Expedited (3-5 business days)
  Note that all services may not be available for some destinations. Also, you may be referred to another retailer or dealer depending upon the country in which you reside.
• Estimated total shipping charges are indicated on the order form, but additional charges may be incurred if the shipping weight exceeds 10 pounds (or for orders of more than 5 units), or on orders shipped outside of the Continental U.S. We will notify you by e-mail of any additional shipping charges that may apply.
• Your order will usually be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding Dealer orders) unless the item is backordered. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order indicating estimated delivery time if backordered.
• We cannot guarantee delivery dates for shipments outside the US, and you may experience delays with international orders due to customs or other issues beyond our control.

SPECIAL RESTRICTIONS - USA ONLINE ORDERS ONLY

• Products available for online ordering operate at AC 100-110 volts and are for shipment only to US destinations. If you are a dealer or distributor and wish to purchase products for use outside the US or at a different voltage, please contact our Sales Office.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

• If you are unsatisfied with your Ya-Man product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping charges). However, you must first obtain a Return Authorization by contacting us via mail, phone or e-mail.
• No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number.
• If your purchase is damaged during shipment, please notify the carrier (UPS) or contact us at orders@labowell-us.com within 48 hours and we will make arrangements for replacement or refund.

LIMITED WARRANTY

• Each product is warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. In the event service is required, contact the store or dealer where purchased.
• The warranty does not apply to batteries, accessories or consumables, or to any product which has been tampered with or altered, which has been improperly used or which has been subject to misuse, neglect, or accident.
• Additional details of the terms of the Limited Warranty are printed in the operating manual - call or write for a free copy.
• On international orders (products used outside the US or Japan), the customer is responsible for obtaining and using the proper adapter and/or plug for use in AC line-operated devices and no warranty is provided on AC adapters, chargers, wall plugs, or other accessories that differ from US line voltage specifications and connections.

PRODUCT USAGE

• These products are not medical devices and are not intended to treat or diagnose any disease or medical condition. Use only as directed.
• Not for use on patients with a cardiac demand pacemaker, electrically sensitive support systems, or implants of any kind, or during pregnancy.
• Read the product manual for operating instructions, precautions, warnings and safety tips.
• Target results or recommendations displayed by some products are calculated from standard ideal weight guidelines. These recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not be considered or used as medical guidelines for weight loss, exercise, or dietary changes.
• Always consult with your physician before beginning any weight loss, treatment, or exercise program or when making changes to your diet.
